Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

As more and more websites are being created every minute, it becomes quite a struggle for any webmaster to earn recognition online. As the competition gets stiffer by the second, it becomes a tremendous challenge for webmasters to pull online users from search engines to their websites. Good thing, article marketing was introduced which provided webmasters an easy way to get back links to their site and obtain organic traffic by just writing and submitting articles to various publishing sites.

1. Use your favorite online network (blogs, social networking sites, forums, etc.) and post your articles on these sites. Just make sure that your articles are relevant to the site's topic so they will be deemed useful by your target readers.

2. Submit your articles to popular article submission sites. These are the best sites where you can post your articles as they are constantly accessed by online users who are looking for specific information.

3. Post your articles on your blogs. To further distribute your articles, use them as your blog content.

4. Compile your articles to form an ebook. You can then use these ebooks as giveaway to online users who are joining your email list, to your other faithful website visitors, or to your existing clients.

5. Publish you own ezine. You can then feature your various articles on your ezine sites so you can better connect with your target market and build your online credibility all at the same time.

6. Lastly, submit your copies to leading article directories online. Most of them are free of charge and they can definitely give your articles the exposure they need so they can easily be accessed by your potential clients.

I am a person who is interested in all aspects of search engine optimisation, web promotion and web marketing. I have to admit that I am a bit of a geek as I love to read through the seo forums. I learn quite a lot from these forums however am also, at times, left feeling a little bemused. I can never quite get my head around the amount of people that criticise article marketing. In this article, I am going to be sticking up for writing articles as a form of website promotion by explaining why I believe article marketing works.

The days of buying links to get you to the top of the search engine rankings has gone. Excessive reciprocal linking has also been banished to the wayside. The importance of obtaining one-way links, links that are not paid for, has never been so apparent.

Writing an article and submitting it to a couple of article directories costs nothing. The article should be around three to find hundred words in length, it should be original and of use to any reader.

I am fully aware that the main links that people gain via article marketing are quite poor, however if you stick with it for long enough, you are bound to obtain a few decent ones as well.

I have been writing and submitting about five articles per week for the last three years now and the results have been quite outstanding.

I am going to continue on this trend and would advise other people to start writing articles as a free and easy way to rise up the rankings. It is quite simple, the more articles you write, the more products you will sell. Good luck and I hope article marketing proves as beneficial to you as it has for me.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

1. INTRODUCTION

Keyword research is a skill which is central to internet marketing. At it's simplest:-

Keyword research is the act of determining the key words, or key phrases, by which people search for a topic of interest on the internet.

By knowing which search terms are used by our target market, we can position our products and services on the internet with a view to gaining maximum exposure and return on investment for our marketing costs.

In other words, keyword research is central to the goal of internet marketing, which is sending targeted traffic to relevant offers. It is also invariably linked with attempting to have our web presence rank highly in the search engines for those relevant topics.

The precise methods used to undertake keyword research, and the information we need to ascertain about potential keywords, will differ according to the use we intend to make of them. However, as keyword research is such an integral preliminary foundation to so many marketing practices, it's worthwhile exploring the basics as a precursor to more advanced marketing strategies.

2. GETTING STARTED

It is important to understand that keyword research is not as simple as ascertaining which keywords are most searched for on any given topic. There are three primary considerations/tasks when deciding which keywords you are going to focus on for your marketing.

Keyword Brainstorming

First and foremost, it is essential to have some familiarity with your target market. In doing so, you can then brainstorm a list of keywords which can be used to promote your product or service using highly relevant terms. Some industries have terms which are specifically associated with that industry. Think of it as similar to using slang. If you know the vernacular used by the target audience, you have a better chance of getting their attention. Using an example, in Australia, filing for bankruptcy is often simply referred to as 'filing a Part 10'.

Hot Tip - Public forums are a great way to gain familiarity with the language used by our target market. Try doing a search for 'keyword forum' where keyword is your relevant topic.

Search Volume

Search Volume is of course, important. If no one is using a keyword to search for a topic, it is of limited value. However, it is important to keep in mind that whilst keywords which are generic in nature might have high search volumes, and therefore can potentially result in large amounts of traffic, they are frequently highly competitive. In addition, they are often non-specific and may not result in the targeted traffic we need to generate sales.

As an example, if we were a company that specialized in selling 'quad core processors', the term 'computers' might not be the best term to use, even though the word computers has a massive search volume. A person who puts in the term 'computer' is just as likely to be looking to buy a whole new computer, or a disk drive, or memory, or a range of other things not really related to our quad core processors.

Generally, it is better to find keywords which may have a lower search volume, but which are clearly relevant to the product or service we are offering. In the above example, the term 'computer' is searched for almost 9,000 times per day on the primary search engines. Conversely, 'quad core processor' is searched less than 40 times. However, the latter keyword is far more likely to result in a person who is looking to buy our product clicking on our link as there is a high correlation between their search term and our product. This is also more likely to result in a sale (also known as a conversion).

Keyword Competition

This dynamic ties in with the points raised above in relation to search volume. Your goal in marketing is to gain exposure with your relevant market or audience. It is essential to find a balance between using keywords which generate targeted traffic, but which aren't so competitive that your web presence gets buried in the search rankings.

Returning to our earlier example, a search for 'computer' on Google returns 1,430,000,000results. Ouch. The prospect of us getting on the first page of Google for a search with that term are staggeringly unlikely. A search for 'quad core processor' returns only 550,000 results. Far better, but still a large volume of competition. Scraping our way onto page 1 is still going to take a lot of effort. How about we refine our keyword again? Let's try 'Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor'. This search term has 150,000 competing search results, and still gets around a dozen searches per day. This is still competitive, but a far cry from the one and a half billion results our first attempt gave us.

Let's try another example. Let's say we are promoting an ebook on aspergers. The term aspergers has 1,400,000 results and is searched for 1300 times a day. This is highly competitive.

The term 'aspergers syndrome and definition' however only yields 70,000 competitors but is searched for almost 70 times daily. Whilst not perfect, with good marketing practices it should be possible for us to rank fairly well for this keyword, and start to generate some of our own quality traffic.

Long Tail Keywords

Keywords with more than three words in them are known as Long Tail Keywords. Refining our keywords or key-phrases even more has the desired effect of uncovering keywords with lower competition but which still generate sufficient traffic.

Frequently it is far more lucrative to focus on a group of specific highly targeted long tail keywords which each generate a small number of leads each day, compared to one generic word which is so competitive it's almost impossible for us to take a slice of the traffic pie. Quite simply, this is because long tail keywords have less competition, enable us to rank well in the search engines, and so generate ongoing organic (free) traffic. It also has the advantage of sending highly targeted traffic to our products or services, which increases the likelihood of their search converting into a sale or a new customer.

Whilst our analysis of competition must ultimately go further than a simple comparison of the numbers of competing sites for a particular term, it's a good starting point.

In Summary

A careful consideration of these three factors will take us a long way in making certain that our keyword research ultimately yields results, and allows us to use good search engine optimisation techniques to improve our web presence.

Three Things You Must Do Before You Submit To Article Directories

To all writers and non-writers out there, now is the time to start digging up those creative writing skills. With modern communication technology comes the popularity of information-based marketing, which is one of the oldest and most effective techniques in getting targeted prospects to sites and converting them into buyers. This is

Every time you turn around these days, people are telling you that you need to have "a big list". Is this true?

"Yes. . .and no."

Truth is, you must have a list of qualified prospects who relate to you AND who want to purchase the products and services you offer.

Let's break that down.

  • "qualified prospects" = Individuals in your target market who look forward to hearing from you and for whom you provide valuable information. If you are sending bookkeeping tips to gardeners, for example, they are likely to unsubscribe as the information is not valuable *to them*.
  • "who relate to you" = You want to build a relationship through your writing so your readers come to know, like and trust you. They need to understand that you will not be "here today and gone tomorrow" and that you have THEIR best interests at heart.
  • "who want to purchase" = It doesn't matter if you believe your prospects NEED your information. What matters is that THEY feel they need/want it. You could sell healthy eating books to obese men, but if they don't want to eat healthy, they will not purchase your book.

A solid list is the foundation of any online business -- regardless of your industry.

For example, if you have a list of 10,000 readers and you announce a $20 product and 5% purchase it, you just made $10,000 in revenue.

If you announce the same $20 product to a list of 3,000 dedicated readers and 25% purchase, you just made $15,000 in revenue.

Now that we agree QUALITY OVER QUANTITY is best, here are some ways to build your quality list:

1. Article Marketing.

Can't emphasize this enough. If you're writing articles (and if you're not, time to start!), you need to be posting them on article directory sites such as EzineArticles.com and BestManagementArticles.com.

2. Article Publishing.

Article publishing is another way to market your articles -- only instead of posting them to directories, you contact ezine publishers and associations and ask them if they would like to publish your article in one of their upcoming newsletter issues.

You want to be sure to contact publishers in complementary, not competing, industries or niches.

3. Public Speaking.

Standing in front of a group, whether it be a networking event or workshop, is one of THE best ways to build your list. Through your one presentation, you've built a rapport with your audience -- they've seen you, they've heard you and they've connected with you.

If you're not comfortable with public speaking, start with a small, local networking event such as your Chamber of Commerce or BNI meeting or join a group such as ToastMasters.

4. Joint Ventures.

Do you know someone with a quality list who speaks to the same audience as you? Is there any way you can partner with them on a project and have them promote you/your newsletter to their list?

5. Co-registration.

Think of "co-registration" as a strategic partnership. You promote my newsletter on your ezine sign-up or thank you page and I promote yours. When someone signs up for my newsletter, they are taken to a "thank you" page which could include your newsletter name and a link to sign-up.

This helps each of us build our list through partnership -- just like with article publishing however, you want to insure that you contact people in complementary, not competing industries.

There are hundreds of ways you can build your list. I've given you five of the most effective ways to build a QUALIFIED list. Are you ready?

Writing and submitting articles on publishing sites is one of the greatest sales lead generation techniques today. However, there are marketers who fall short in their effort to pull their readers to their website and their connection to the readers instantly end there. You wouldn't want this to happen to your article marketing campaign, would you? That is why you need to supercharge your marketing efforts to make sure that your readers will be converted to clients.

Here are the advanced steps to supercharge your article marketing:

1. Include a "bait" on your resource box. You would like your readers to click the URL on your resource box and you have to make it happen. You can easily do that by including irresistible offer that will excite your readers. Some of the effective baits that you can use are free special reports, free eBooks, vouchers, discounts or even free articles.

2. Establish your credibility and expertise. Briefly tell your readers about your experiences or your achievements so you can prompt them to visit your website and get more information. Make sure that you make your call to action statement strong and impacting, otherwise you will lose a potential client.

3. Do not bore your readers. Make sure that your resource box is no more than 3 sentences. Remember you are not writing another article. Make it brief, concise, enticing, and powerful so your readers will not have reason not to click your website's URL.

4. Maximize your resource box. Most publishing sites allow you to use a maximum of 3 URLs. Take advantage of this and include at least 2 anchor texts using the most relevant keywords to your target niche. By doing so, you make it a bit easier for your readers to get to your website quickly.

Making Money with Your Blog!

Anyone trying to earn a full or second income need to learn how to write a killer article that attract visitors to his bio box and literally force him to click on his link. If you write at least seven articles per week (that's only one per day) and follow these tips, success is almost inevitable.

If your article is interesting then other internet marketers may want to add it to their own website and Ezine publishers may publish your article and the great thing about that is that the link to your website that is in your resource box also gets published.

1. Your title is the most important part of your article as far as being seen by visitors and search engines. You need to write a compelling title with your keywords. I you can, be sure that your keyword is in the first two words of your article.

2. Don't give them all you have yet. You want to be mysterious and leave the article not quite complete so your visitors will have questions unanswered, then they will want to click on your link and visit your website so they can find the rest of the information.

3. Make it easy to read. Most people don't want to read long drawn out articles so if you can sum up what you want with bullet points then your readers will find out very quickly if your information is what they are looking for.

4. Briefly tell your readers what they will get or find if they click on the link to visit your website. Put the effort into having a good resource box as this will determine whether your readers will click through to your site.

These four tips will help you to create killer articles that sell your products or services even when you are not in front of your computer.

Viral marketing is a methods of list building

There are multiple methods of list building, and if you are just getting started, until you have gained mastery over one or two methods, it is advisable to use multiple methods of list building strategies. You’ll see every step of the process, no matter how small, in exacting detail so

Do you know how to discover the cheapest list building technique? Are you broken down by your lack of finance to do all you have to do to drive subscription to your list?

Have you paid so much to list services and have gotten not an encouraging result?

At last, here is a problem solving information. You need to use the Article marketing technique. This involves writing articles and submitting them to article sites. Then wait for search engines to pick them up. When any of the keywords or phrase is searched upon by people who carryout searches, yours is seen and then clicked on to view.

When closing your articles (i.e using the Bio Resource Box), form the habit of either leaving a subscription email or url. This way, subscription rate will increase.

Another method is finding autoresponder companies that will give you their services at a cheap and minimal cost, having all the functions active. Below this article, I recommended one to you. It is very cheap and has all functions of an autoresponder active.

Don't waste your finance on services that promises a whole lot but delivers little or nothing. Endeavor to use good Optimized Keywords to write or coin out the topic of your articles.

Like I said previously, If you have a free gift, store the download link in your autoresponder and paste your autoresponder form on your website. They will have to subscribe to your list before they can get access to the download link of the free gift. Also write articles about such free gift and then direct them to your subscription page. This way, you get good results.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

Years ago when I first joined my network marketing company I attended a local opportunity meeting. I remember the speaker teaching us that network marketing is all about relationships. He went on to say that relationships are the key to building a successful team.

When I made the shift from being a distributor practicing offline marketing strategies to online marketing strategies I knew that relationship building was still going to be important.

One of the first strategies I learned on the Internet was article marketing. I also learned attraction marketing and how to brand myself as an expert online. In article marketing it's important to write keyword focused articles and to create a compelling resource box. After months of testing my articles, I learned that my conversion rates are higher than other strategies because the prospect is highly targeted. Think about it, if someone will take the time to read your article they are interested. They may not necessarily buy from you but they are at least worth a phone call and or email for follow up.

One day it hit me like a ton of bricks, why don't I give my readers a personal touch from a live video. I just purchased a nice webcam and was already posting videos to my blogs, myspace, and other websites. I was having fun producing these videos and I found them very effective marketing techniques for my business..

I created a video sharing a little about me and my background and then I would direct the readers to my blog or other website. This strategy is working because prospects are able to see me (the author) live and I direct them to take a certain action. Prospects want to be led from step to step. If I tell them in the video to go to my blog because I have free training resources already set, most likely they are going to go to my blog.

The prospects I now talk to have already got to know me a little bit and when they join me in business we already have a relationship started. The best part about using this strategy is it leverages my time. My videos will keep saying the same thing to thousands of readers.

To do this I simply create a video using my webcam and upload it to myspace video, youtube video, or blogger.com video. I then take the video link I'm given and post it in my signature box.

If you are not using video to brand yourself online I highly encourage you to start using this strategy. You can buy a good webcam for $60-80.00. The investment is well worth it!!

Article Marketing. I'm sure you've heard the term, but do you really know what it is and why you should use it? In a nutshell, article marketing is making money from short 300-500 word essays or articles. It is popular because it is very effective and it is free. The only cost is the time it takes to research and write an article.

What do I need to write about you ask? Most of the time, the articles are written in the form of a review or guide. To be a money making venture, the article has to promote some product or service that you are involved in. This can be an item or service you sell personally through your website or an item or service you sell for someone else. The "someone else" is called an affiliate. An affiliate is a company that pays you money to sell their goods. The money you make is usually in the form a percentage of total sales you make for the company though sometimes it is a flat rate. There are a lot of good affiliate sites out there and probably the best one to start with is Clickbank. Clickbank.com represents many hundreds of companies and does a good job helping you to promote their products and services.

Because there are a LOT of companies and even more products, it is pretty easy to find a company selling something you are familiar with. You should always start with something you are familiar with as it makes the research and writing process easier and faster. How do the articles actually make me money you ask? All articles end with a link to your website or an affiliate's website. People who read and like the article will click on the link and purchase the product. Finished articles are submitted to an article distribution website like ezinearticles.com, articledashboard.com or goarticles.com. Once published, articles attract readers, some of whom will hopefully become customers. Later, due to the exposure on the websites, your article will start showing up as top results on Google and Yahoo! More people will click your links, buy the product or service, and make you money. To get more customers you can write more articles. Some people write many articles for one product, others write just a few. Your mileage will vary.

Once you've got your first campaign up and running you do the following:

1. Pick yourself a new item to promote

2. Write a few new articles

3. Submit them to a few article sites.

4. Wait for the money to start rolling in.

5. Go to #1

The more articles you write and products you promote, the more money you will make. Do some article research on one or more of the distribution sites. You'll find a ton of articles on article marketing and get a good idea of how a successful article should look.

"Wait!" you say. "This all sounds good but I'm a terrible writer. I can't write articles." Think again. It may seem intimidating, but if you can write a sentence or two, you can write good articles. It's really not that hard and there are some excellent article research and writing tools available to help. There is software that can greatly assist the article creation process. As a matter of fact, the software is so good that I cannot mention it here. Please click HERE to read a comprehensive review of one of those products and watch a movie demonstrating its use.

Best Article Marketing - Uncover 6 Compelling Steps to Multiply Your Article Marketing

The key to succeed in article marketing is widely distributing your articles so they can reach more people who might be interested in republishing them. Thus, you need to learn the various ways on how you can effectively distribute your articles so you can easily multiply the number of inbound links for your website.

Here are the 6 compelling steps to multiply your article marketing:

1. Submit your articles to publishing sites. The most popular articles submission sites that can give your articles maximum exposure are ezinearticles dot com and goarticles dot com.

2. Have your articles posted on relevant blogs. Work together with blog owners, preferably those which have already established huge, steady traffic, and convince them to post your articles on their blogs. You can easily do so by giving these blogs a visit and leaving intelligent comments that will hook bloggers to check your profile and your articles. If your articles offer useful content, you can be assured that more bloggers will be happy use and republish them to make their blogs more informative.

3. Work with marketers and convince them to use your articles on their ezine publishing. Truth be told, most marketers do not have much time to write their own content. You can take advantage of this by offering your articles for free as long as they will keep your author box.

4. Publish your articles on websites that are syndicated by Google News. This can bring you enormous page views as Google News receives billions of visitors' everyday.

5. Syndicate your articles through your RSS feeds. Provide your subscribers with fresh, hot content on a regular basis by incorporating your articles on your RSS feeds.

6. Create podcasts using your articles. Convert your content to audio file and submit them to numerous podcast directories.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

Here is an article marketing strategy for you to follow which will outline some techniques you can use immediately and dramatically profit from. If you have been online for some time you are probably aware that article submission or article publishing is one of the most effective and profitable ways top Internet marketers utilize. The reason why is because it works so well.

Writing and distributing articles is my #1 way to drive pre-targeted traffic to my sites. Besides that, search engines love fresh content and what better way than submit articles and to post or archive your articles on your own article directory which you should have implement on your own sites. Better yet, writing and submitting unique content articles rather than submitting the same articles will produce more traffic, back links, and higher rankings. Although this can be difficult and time consuming writing hundreds of versions of unique and different articles, most of the article submission software available can only submit the same article to different article directories. Article Pro Software is one piece of software I can highly recommend that will automatically submit unique articles saving you valuable time. It is not an article spinner or content creator that submits gibberish. You write the articles and it does the rest.

Sometimes writing articles can be intimidating and you may feel that this is really not your cup of tea. One option is to buy PLR or Private Label Write articles or have ghostwriters write articles for you. Both are fee related services. From my experience PLR articles can be a great source of content for your website to build content and feed those hungry search bots looking for fresh edible content. There is one catch to these articles, which I will cover next.

If you do decide to go the PLR route, it is highly recommended that you go through and alter them or modify them in such a manner that they do not read the same as the original article. Keep in mind that these PLR article are being bought by many other would be "content seekers" so you need to make them different or else you will be submitting duplicate content. If you have been following my blog and articles you will know the suffering that follows.

The major keys to profiting from article submissions are to write articles filled with useful information and are of great quality. Adding your resource box to the end of your article is where you develop your traffic and back links. A simple, catchy one-line phrase will do the trick. For example "Click here for the latest hot article marketing strategies! http://www.yourwebsite.com" should do the trick. Do not overlook trying a few longer resource boxes; say 4 to 5 sentences long. I have had great success with those as well.

Before publishing your articles, be sure and do a spell and grammar check on them. It does not convey professionalism when your articles are loaded with spelling and grammar errors. Some of the major have a spell check already built in, but I usually draft my articles in notepad and then copy and paste into Word where I can run a check on them before submitting. This is somewhat of an extra step, but a valuable one that does not take long to complete. Not only that, but you can learn a lot form going through the spell checks yourself.

Publishing your articles to the top ranking article directories and to your own Website or Blog are two great ways to get your articles exposed on the Internet. If you do not have a blog yet you may want to look into it. They are usually free and can serve as another Website for your own self-promotion. As previously mentioned, unique content articles are a major advantage over your competition. Article Pro Software can create unique articles for you to distribute not only to it's internal list, but you can also use those unique articles to copy and paste into the major high ranking article directories e.g. Ezine Articles, Isnare, and Go Articles which require manual submission.

In closing, article writing and submissions is a great article marketing strategy that can yield huge profits if done correctly. There are other important factors that also contribute to article success which I will cover in future articles, but if you follow this article marketing strategy you will be ahead of your competition separating you from the field.

To Your Success!

Viral marketing is a methods of list building

There are multiple methods of list building, and if you are just getting started, until you have gained mastery over one or two methods, it is advisable to use multiple methods of list building strategies. You’ll see every step of the process, no matter how small, in exacting detail so

As a business coach for real estate agents, I often hear my clients say to me, I just cant pick up the phone and call my sphere of influence. Why not? I ask.

These are the responses I get:

I dont know what to say.
I cant ask my friends or business.
I have no reason to call.
I dont want to bug them.
Its not okay to call them too often.

This article shows you how to motivate your sphere of influence to refer to you easily and effortlessly.

The 7 Tips:

Tip 1: Have a script so you know what to say

What you decide to say may vary from person to person. The way you talk to a close friend may be quite different from the way you talk to a distant acquaintance.

There is no one formula of what to say. However, it is very helpful to have something to offer when you call. One idea that many of my clients have found helpful is to call your sphere of influence and offer to be a referral source for them.

In other words, let them know that you have plenty of connections to people who could help them. For example, you know many painters, electricians, plumbers, etc. and your sphere of influence should know that if they need any names and phone numbers they should call you and you will be happy to provide a referral source for them.

Tip 2: Think of yourself as being the giver

Most of us love to be the giver. We know we will be well received and people will like us. We also know that giving leads to more business.

Before you pick up the phone to call your sphere of influence ask yourself what can I give to them? One way that you could be of service to them, is to offer to be a cross referral partner.

If they have their own business, ask them how their business is doing. Ask them how you could help them at their business. Ask them what kind of referrals they would like to receive. Let them know that you will do your best to send referrals to them. At the end of the conversation, you can say something like, when you hear of anyone whos interested in buying or selling a home, please call me with their name and number. If its okay with them, I will call them and make sure that their real estate needs are being taken care of.

Tip 3: Send an Item of value each month

What kind of item of value, should you send? It used to be that sending newsletters was a hot item. However, most people have gotten too busy to read a newsletter.

The item that works the best is a colorful postcard that gives the events happening in their area. Their sphere of influence is likely to put that postcard on the refrigerator and refer to it often.

Of course, next to the list of events happening in the area is your photo, your phone number, and your tag line such as relax and let me run the extra mile to fulfill your real estate needs.

You start to enter their stream of consciousness.

They start to associate positive ideas with you:
You are associated with happy events in their area,
You are associated with brilliant bright, happy colors in the postcard,
Your face smiles at them every time they go to the refrigerator.

Let me ask you, do you think they are more likely to remember you the next time they have a real estate need or a real estate question?

Tip 4: Dont be afraid to call them too often

As long as you have a good reason to call, they will be happy to hear from you. Trust your own gut instinct about how often you should call them. Many real estate gurus suggest calling people in your sphere of influence about once a month. You may choose that to do that with your A list, the people most likely to refer to you.

Since you are sending an item of value each month, you can always ask them did you receive the postcard? You can follow that with, so what event are you going to go to?

Tip 5: Assume the positive

Simply assume that they will be happy to hear from you. Why wouldnt they be? They are receiving a wonderful colorful, informative postcard from you each month, then you are calling and offering them something, and you are conditioning them to want to hear from you.

Assume that you have something valuable to offer, your friendship and your real estate expertise, and people want to hear from you.

Tip 6: Be excited about your business

Remember, desperation does not sell, but excitement does. No matter what the current condition of your business, always say something like, I am so excited about my business. I get to meet such wonderful people and Im really in an expansion phase of my business. If you want to help out, just send people my way to have a real estate question or issue, I will be happy to help them.

Tip 7: Use the Law of Attraction

To successfully use the Law of Attraction, you need to be clear about what you want. What do you want? Do you want your sphere of influence to send you several clients a month? If so, then set your intention, I am now in the process of attracting several new clients from my sphere of influence each month.

Do you have any opposing beliefs that you need to clear? The Law of Attraction cannot give you what you want if you have any beliefs that would oppose your desired outcome.

For example, if you want to attract an abundance of prosperity, but you have beliefs like:
I dont deserve to have a lot of money,
Its selfish to want more than I have,
Money is the root of all evil,
Money cant buy me happiness,
Rich people are usually not honest.

If you have any of the above beliefs, those are called opposing beliefs. Can you see that you could be doing all the right activities with your sphere of influence, but if you had opposing beliefs like these, you would not be attracting the clients and the income you want?

To get the Law of Attraction to work for you, you need to identify these old self limiting beliefs, release them and install empowered beliefs.

Here are some examples of empowered beliefs that will help you create the income you want:
I do deserve an abundance of prosperity,
Its okay for me to be grateful for what I have and still want more,
Money is neutral and can be used for good or evil,
Money cant buy me happiness, but I can create a better life for myself and people around me by being prosperous,
Some people are honest and some are not. It has no relationship to whether or not they have money.

Practice repeating your empowered beliefs, frequently and train your mind to focus on what you want, not on what you dont want. If you find yourself dwelling on thoughts of scarcity, like not enough money switch your focus and ask yourself, so what do I want? Start to notice yourself becoming more positive and attracting more of what you want.
